3. Service Quotations and Bookings
- Quotations: All service quotes provided by Truck Pro Hauling LLC are estimates based on information provided by the client. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, distance, accessorial services, and any unforeseen circumstances during transit.
- Booking Confirmation: Services are considered booked and confirmed only upon mutual agreement in writing (including email) and, where applicable, receipt of a deposit or payment as specified in the quotation.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding shipments, including but not limited to, nature of goods, weight, dimensions, pickup and delivery locations, special handling requirements, and any necessary permits or documentation.
- Loading and Unloading: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, clients are responsible for the proper and safe loading and unloading of goods at both origin and destination.
- Access: Clients must ensure that adequate and safe access is available for our vehicles at both pickup and delivery points. Delays or additional costs incurred due to inadequate access may be charged to the client.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoicing: Invoices will be issued upon completion of service, or as otherwise agreed.
- Due Date: Payments are due as per the terms specified on the invoice. Any outstanding balances beyond the due date may be subject to late payment fees or interest as permitted by Florida law.
6. Carriers' Liability and Limitations
- Standard Liability: Truck Pro Hauling LLC’s liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited as per standard industry practices for intrastate carriers and federal regulations where applicable. Specific limitations will be outlined in service agreements or bills of lading.
- Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption, regardless of the cause.
- Force Majeure: Truck Pro Hauling LLC shall not be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, weather conditions, road closures, strikes, or government actions.
7. Insurance

8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truck Pro Hauling LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
